About the Job
As a case officer in payment enforcement, you primarily work with processing claims for payment or for the return or removal of property. Your main working tool is your computer, where you work in case management systems, register, and manage various documents. With the support of laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. We work in a team-based manner towards set commitments. This means that you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to deliver results with both pace and high quality. We support each other to meet our commitments – both within the workgroup and throughout the organization. Together, we drive continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with other parts of the authority.
Initially, you will undergo internal training where practice is combined with theory for about five weeks. Gradual further education will be a natural part of your continued development in the job.
